翔安生醫攜手國際獅子會300E-1區與社會各界送暖震後楠西區

2025年嘉南地震發生於台北時間1月21日，那場強震震擊嘉南偏遠災區「百果之鄉」—台南市楠西。這場震災造成全區3,468戶民宅中有1,884戶受損，將近一半居民成為無聲災民。楠西僅有8,528名人口，其中65歲以上長輩就達2,505人，占將近三成；再加上平均屋齡超過45年的老屋，「老人與老屋」的雙老困境，讓震後重建之路更加艱辛。

由於目前已經缺少外界關注，今(5)日上午，楠西迎來一股溫暖力量。由國際獅子會300E-1區關懷長青委員會陳冠諭主席與楠西區公所共同舉辦的「獅友同行守護長青百果之鄉楠西有愛」公益活動，並感謝透過國際300E-1區辦事處主任鍾愈甯的多方協調，將來自國際300E-1區獅子會及多個在地善心贊助單位的獅友與善心人士齊聚一堂，攜手為偏鄉高齡長輩送上最實質的協助與關懷。

關懷長青委員會主席陳冠諭，本業為翔安生醫科技股份有限公司，長期聚焦在AIoT智慧醫療及照護輔具市場，所以他特別留意到長者之需求。因此，他指出本次行動秉持「老吾老以及人之老」的精神，針對偏鄉的「雙老困境」特別規劃，在社區關懷據點與需要協助的邊緣戶、獨居、弱勢與低收入長者之間，捐贈血壓量測設備、助行器、尿布等醫療輔具與衛材生活物資，並安排志工陪訪，協助長者提升健康管理與生活便利。

活動中，國際獅子會2526年度300E-1區黃裕洲總監不僅親臨現場，更親自化身志工，走進獨居長輩家中，送上醫療輔具、生活物資與誠摯問候。他動情表示：「獅子會的服務，不只是資源的給予，更要走到最需要的地方，把關懷親手帶到長輩身邊。」

楠西區長何榮長也特別呼籲社會各界，在關心長者生活之外，也應協助楠西地方經濟重建。他強調，楠西擁有得天獨厚的山水環境與農業條件，楊桃、芒果、梅子與春節蜜棗皆是深受喜愛的優質水果，誠摯邀請大家直接向在地農民訂購，活絡產業，幫助居民重建家園。

這場公益行動，不僅是健康與物資的支持，更是社會力量的凝聚。它讓偏鄉弱勢長輩在震後重建的道路上，多了一份陪伴與希望。國際獅子會2526年度300E-1區黃裕洲總監今年宗旨期許以實際行動，獅友友誼同行，走入社區落實年度口號「齊心同行，至善無界」的精神，攜手守護每一位需要的長輩，為百果之鄉楠西帶來實質的安定與溫暖。

翔安生醫秉持「讓科技真正幫助有需要的人」的核心理念，積極投入智慧照護系統的研發。結合人工智慧（AI）、物聯網（IoT）等前沿科技，致力打造創新且貼近臨床需求的智能醫療設備，期望為長照機構、醫療院所及居家照護帶來更高效、安全且人性化的解決方案。

在強化照護場域整體安全方面，翔安生醫與雲城攜手合作，推廣「影像分析式電子圍籬系統」。此系統針對環境死角與高風險區域進行設計，可透過軟體自由劃設虛擬警戒區與警戒線，並結合影像辨識技術，有效提升警示準確度，顯著降低誤報率與不必要的通知頻率。

為提升照護效率與紀錄準確性，翔安生醫也開發出「生理量測數據自動上傳模組」，可直接串接機構既有照護系統，取代傳統紙本紀錄流程。針對血壓、血糖、血氧、體溫等常見監測項目，透過條碼掃描辨識使用者身分，完成量測後即可自動上傳至系統。此一無紙化與自動化流程，讓照護人員得以專注於臨床互動，同時降低因手動輸入錯誤所帶來的風險。

針對長照機構中最具挑戰的區域——廁所安全管理，翔安生醫提出兩項創新解方：「智慧廁所」與「跌倒偵測」。

智慧廁所，是與大同世界科技合作推廣，整合聲音與光學的直覺式警示模組，當長者在廁所內逾時（時間可自訂）未離開，系統會自動發出聲光警報，通知照護人員介入；長者離開後則自動解除警報。

跌倒偵測，是與Deepfens AI合作推廣，運用毫米波攝像機與智慧麥克風進行感知。若長者發生跌倒情況，系統會主動發問並等待回應；若長時間未獲回應，則自動發出警報通知照護人員。

翔安生醫期望透過這些智慧系統的導入，全面強化機構現場的風險管理流程，成為照護現場可靠的安全輔助工具。機構在不額外增加人力負擔的前提下，邁向「長照安全零死角」的目標。

前進波蘭獲選參與新創赴歐深耕計畫

今年(2025)五月，翔安生醫榮幸獲得Startup Terrace青睞，與新創團隊一同前往波蘭華沙參加新創赴歐深耕計畫。對翔安生醫來說，是一個非常棒的機會，能有機會接觸潛在投資人、擴展市場到歐洲。

抵達華沙的第一天，翔安生醫與其他新創夥伴一同參加由波蘭國際國際新創空間暨創育機構(CIC Warsaw)舉辦的多場實作工作坊和培訓課程。當天先從參觀CIC Warsaw的環境開始，隨後由立陶宛大使館進行了一場簡報。翔安生醫更與Tangent Line Ventures舉行會議，深入了解創業與投資策略。最後，以台杉投資的簡報作結，透過他們的簡報分享，更加理解波蘭創業生態系統及如何利用波蘭創業的生態系統對翔安生醫帶來潛在利益。

第二天，前往參加中東歐指標性新創展會(Wolves Summit)的首日活動，當日，翔安生醫透過簡報介紹，向與會者與潛在投資者展示我們最新的AI和AIoT技術。我們旨在建立一個系統友善且相容的醫療環境，減輕醫護人員的行政負擔，更期許未來能實現在宅醫養的願景。這場由Startup Terrace主辦的台灣交流活動活動，以Tech x Toast圓滿結束。

En mayo de 2025, Startup Terrace seleccionó a Acusense Biomedical para participar en la misión CEE en Polonia, organizada por CIC Varsovia, y para asistir al Wolves Summit. Esta fue una oportunidad significativa para las start-ups de Taiwán, permitiéndoles colaborar con otros innovadores, establecer contactos con posibles inversionistas y recibir capacitación especializada para afrontar el complejo panorama del marketing.

En el primer día de la misión CEE, Acusense comenzó con gran impulso participando en múltiples talleres prácticos y sesiones de capacitación en CIC Varsovia. La jornada inició con una visita guiada por las instalaciones de CIC y posteriormente incluyó una presentación de la Embajada de Lituania. Acusense también asistió a una reunión con Tangent Line Ventures para conocer más sobre estrategias de inversión en start-ups. El día concluyó con una presentación de Taiwania Capital, que ofreció perspectivas sobre el ecosistema de start-ups en Polonia y sus posibles beneficios para las start-ups taiwanesas.

On the second day, Acusense took part in day one of the Wolves Summit where they had the chance to collaborate with investors, founders, and pitched their company to a broad audience. Acusense also delivered a presentation showcasing their latest, AI and AIoT technology, which emphasizes safety in healthcare and aims to create a more equitable and reliable global medical environment where caregivers feel safe to work and patients feel well cared for. The day ended with “Tech and Toast,” a Taiwanese networking event hosted by Startup Terrace. It was an all-around unforgettable evening filled with cultural exchanges, unique business pitches and authentic Taiwanese cuisine.

In May 2025, Startup Terrace selected Acusense Biomedical to attend the CEE Mission in Poland hosted by CIC Warsaw and to participate in the Wolves Summit. This was a significant opportunity for start-ups from Taiwan to collaborate with other innovators, connect with potential investors, and receive specialized training to navigate the complex marketing landscape.

On day one of the CEE Mission, Acusense hit the ground running by engaging in multiple hands-on workshops and training sessions at CIC Warsaw. The day began with a tour of the CIC space and later included a presentation by the Embassy of Lithuania. Recientemente, Acusense participó en el evento “Empoderamiento de Tecnologías para la Atención Médica Domiciliaria”, coorganizado por el Instituto de la Industria de la Información (III) y la Universidad Nacional Cheng Kung. El evento, celebrado en el Hotel Grand Hi-Lai, reunió a expertos médicos, desarrolladores de tecnología y responsables de políticas de todo el país para explorar los últimos avances y tendencias futuras en telemedicina y tecnologías de atención médica en el hogar.

La presentación magistral de Acusense atrajo una amplia atención durante el evento. La empresa exhibió su avanzada plataforma tecnológica de inteligencia artificial generativa y la aplicación de dispositivos médicos inteligentes, además de compartir casos de éxito en ensayos clínicos descentralizados e interoperabilidad en salud. The AI system can generate personalized health recommendation reports based on a patient’s data and medical history, offering optimal treatment plans. It also sends automated reminders and educational content tailored to the patient’s condition, ensuring continuous guidance. Additionally, the system features an automated scoring function that accurately evaluates patient health indicators. It supports the generation of long-term health reports with detailed data analysis and can automatically produce hypotension risk assessments during dialysis based on blood pressure data, enhancing patient safety.

Al aprovechar las tecnologías LMM y XAI, Acusense no solo mejora la precisión y efectividad del cuidado de enfermedades crónicas, sino que también hace que el proceso de toma de decisiones médicas sea más transparente e interpretable. Estas innovaciones refuerzan aún más el liderazgo de Acusense en el campo de la tecnología médica y fomentan una colaboración más profunda con socios de la industria.

Acusense recently participated in the "Home-Based Healthcare Technology Empowerment" event, co-hosted by the Institute for Information Industry (III) and National Cheng Kung University. Held at the Grand Hi-Lai Hotel, the event brought together medical experts, technology developers, and policymakers from across the country to explore the latest developments and future trends in telemedicine and home healthcare technologies.

Acusense’s keynote presentation drew widespread attention during the event. Acusense inició su ingreso al mercado europeo comenzando por la República Checa, en Europa Central y Oriental, marcando un nuevo capítulo en su expansión internacional. En abril de 2023, Acusense fue seleccionada con éxito para participar en el programa de aceleración Caelestinus en la República Checa, lo que representa un paso significativo hacia su entrada al mercado europeo.

El Acelerador Caelestinus, ubicado en Praga, la capital de la República Checa, es un programa enfocado en la interoperabilidad híbrida en salud digital y en la tecnología FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources). Acusense began its entry into the European market starting with the Czech Republic in Central and Eastern Europe, marking a new chapter in its international expansion. In April 2023, Acusense was successfully selected to participate in the Caelestinus accelerator program in the Czech Republic, representing a significant step toward entering the European market.

The Caelestinus Accelerator, located in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, is an accelerator focused on hybrid digital health interoperability and FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) technology. This three-month acceleration program is supported by the renowned company InterSystems and backed by major institutions such as IKEM (Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine), the largest transplant center in Europe.
